Testimonial 2 of 3: Leave Dates video

One senior product team for the next stage of your software.

Senior people stay on the work

You work directly with the engineers making the product and technical decisions - not through an account-management layer.

Senior people stay on the work

A clear rhythm every week

Priorities are agreed at the start of the week, followed by a demonstration of real working software and a clear view of what comes next.

A clear rhythm every week

Progress in manageable releases

Work is broken into small, testable increments so you can learn sooner, change direction safely and avoid a risky big reveal.

Progress in manageable releases

You retain control throughout

Your code, infrastructure, documentation and accounts remain under your ownership from the first day - not only after handover.

You retain control throughout

Decisions stay visible

Estimates, risks, spending and technical trade-offs are discussed openly before they become expensive surprises.

The questions worth answering before a call.

You should always know what’s being built, why it matters and what comes next.
Kalpa Perera on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab) Founder OneSyntax Since 2018
Can you take over software another team built?

Yes. We start by reviewing the code, the hosting setup and how work currently gets released. We keep what works, fix what’s risky, and only recommend rebuilding the parts that genuinely can’t support the business.

Will you want to rebuild the product from scratch?

No. We only suggest a rebuild when the current product can’t support your next stage of growth, and we put the cost and risks in writing first.

Who actually works on the product?

A named senior team that stays on your product. You meet them before the engagement starts and speak to them directly every week.

How soon can you start?

Usually within two weeks of agreeing a plan, and sooner if the first milestone is already clear.

Who owns the code and the accounts it runs on?

You do, from day one. The code, hosting accounts and documentation are yours throughout, not only after handover.
